SPECTARIS, the German Industry Association for Optical, Medical and Mechatronical Technologies along with our Partners MYCCI, CD-SME, Consorzio Italasia and FABRILABO is organising with the support of the European Union’s Asia-Invest Programme a Business Meeting-Matchmaking Event during the CIL-Jakarta, Indonesia. The Asia-Invest Interprise Business meetings are for small- and medium sized companies (SME’s) in the Analytical and Laboratory Euqipment Sector. These Business Meetings offer companies the opportunity to meet their Indonesian/European counterparts, to promote business opportunities, make contacts in the sector and develop a deeper understanding of the market.

Matchmaking Event: 6th and 7th December 2006 at CIL Jakarta

The objective of this project is to bring together 45 European Companies and 70 Indonesian companies from the Analytical and Laboratory Sector for an Asia-Invest Interprise Matchmaking Event.
The event takes place over two days, with a half day preparation seminar, covering topics such as market trends, industrial cooperation and business culture followed by one and a half days of individual business meetings.

Who can participate?

SMEs from the Analytical Instruments and Lab Equipment Sector - Laboratory Equipment , Analysis Quality Control  and Biotechnology/Life Sciences in the EU and Asia and related organisations such as Environmental/Pollution Control,  Water Quality Control, Food Quality Control, quality control and online measurement, life science and healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, petrochemical industry, Certification Bodies State Departments.

How much does it cost to participate?

How does it work?

• Register for the event
  You must register your company profile on this website - alternatively you can register by fax - just download the registration form , complete it and fax it back to us.  You will receive a confirmation email with a pdf document attached to it - we would ask you to fax this back to us.  Your profile will appear on-line and will also be published in the printed version of the project catalogue.

• Select the companies you want to meet
  From the profiles on the website, you can select your meetings by clicking the option "Meeting Requests" - you will be able to choose up to 20 meetings (30-40 mins per meeting). SPECTARIS will then prepare an individual meeting agenda for you based on your selection and availability.   

• Business Meeting Area
  The Asia Interprise Business Meeting area will be located within the trade fair grounds at the CIL in Jakarta. Each European company will be assigned a meeting table and a hostess to assist them during the meetings. The individual meetings will take place in this area - in certain circumstances we can arrange the meeting at the European or Asian company’s booth.

• Evaluation of the Event
  After the event at the end of the second day of meetings we will ask you to complete a short evaluation form.  The hostesses at the event will assist you with this.
